It was incorporated as a limited liability company in 2017 to carry on the business of Engineering (EPC), Civil Construction, Pipeline Services, Procurement and Marine Logistics. The company is also involved in the marketing, supply and trading of crude oil and petroleum products, both offshore and onshore.

Constructing and rehabilitating Iraq's oil & gas facilities since 2017
Al-Abyadh, established in 2017, specialises in constructing and rehabilitating oil and gas facilities. Our expertise includes EPCC projects involving trunk pipelines, stations, treatment plants, tank farms and power infrastructure.
We collaborate with international design organisations and maintain rigorous quality control certified by Bureau Veritas. Our compliance with ISO standards ensures adherence to global norms, and we prioritise innovation — using advanced technology and materials from renowned global producers.
