End-to-end procurement from our Baghdad head office — sourcing, expediting, customs and site delivery.
The Al-Abyadh head office in Baghdad is responsible for selecting suppliers, preparing tender documents, sending out inquiries, evaluating bids, submitting technical material for approval, issuing purchase orders, expediting, inspection, customs clearance, inland transportation, warehousing and allocation — ensuring material and equipment arrive at site as per the project schedule.
Al-Abyadh allocates the required professional personnel to carry out any procurement activity in accordance with project and client requirements. These activities are led by a dedicated Procurement Manager responsible for coordinating all related activities, with direct responsibility for the department’s project performance.
