EPCC of Buzurgan Pipeline Project
Design, supply, construction and commissioning of a 57 km, 18-inch API 5L X65 (NACE compliant) gas trunkline and associated facilities, transporting gas from the gas compressor unit (GCU) in the Buzurgan oil field to the gas treatment unit (GTU) — including 2.7 km of HDD crossings, four valve stations, cathodic protection and a 57 km fiber optic line.
Scope of Work
- 57 km of 18" API 5L X65 sour-service pipeline — trenching, stringing, welding, NDT (X-ray & UT)
- HDD crossings for critical routes (2.7 km total) and 4 valve stations
- Robotic internal FBE field-joint coating and 3LPE external coating
- ICCP & SACP cathodic protection with test posts, anodes and rectifiers
- 57 km of 24-core armored fiber optic cable for SCADA, plus pipeline leak detection (PLDS)
- Hydrotesting, nitrogen purging and commissioning to ASME B31.4 / NACE MR0175
