EPCC of Pipelines Construction Works for GPP Project
Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of six interconnection trunklines (24", 12", 10", 8" and 4") totalling approximately 54 km between CPF1, the GPP station and HPS at Halfaya — including HDD road and river crossings, brownfield tie-ins inside live CPF facilities and 16 km of fiber optic cable.
Scope of Work
- Six interconnection trunklines (≈54 km): dry gas & raw gas 24", LP fuel gas 12", C5+ condensate 10", condensate 8", HP fuel gas 4"
- HFW API 5L PSL2 3PP-coated line pipe — ROW clearing, stringing, welding and X-ray inspection
- Road and river crossings by HDD
- Brownfield tie-ins inside CPF1/CPF2, including 1.5 km of pipeline routed inside CPF2
- ICCP & SACP cathodic protection and 16 km of 24-core armored FOC for SCADA
- Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, RINA and ATG
