Al-Salam District Development — Phases III & IV and Al-Wahda Ring Road
Civil infrastructure development works for Corniche Street in the Al-Hay Neighborhood — approximately 2,650 metres of road improvement with sidewalks, median strips, landscaping and public gardens, covering the Al-Salam District third and fourth phases and the Al-Wahda ring road.
Scope of Work
- Rehabilitation and paving of existing and unpaved roads (~2,650 m)
- Sidewalks, median strips and pedestrian areas along Corniche Street
- Landscaping, plantation and public garden development with irrigation
- Primavera-based planning and coordination with authorities
